Ningbo Bohua Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd. is a full-service aluminum casting manufacturer serving the automotive, petrochemical, industrial equipment, and medical device industries.
From our 13,420 sqm facility in Ningbo, we operate four casting processes under one quality system: die casting, gravity casting, low-pressure casting, and sand casting.
Our 85 AI-assisted workers — supported by our proprietary production intelligence system — deliver the consistency and capacity of a larger conventional operation. Long-term supplier to Volvo, Zeekr, Geely, Ford, Alstom, and Zhongding Group for nearly 20 years.
Proprietary AI Production Agent
Bohua has developed and deployed its own AI intelligent agent — locally hosted, proprietary, and deeply integrated with our production data platform.
The AI agent monitors key production metrics in real time: furnace temperatures, cycle times, defect rates, mold utilization, and scheduling efficiency. It helps our team spot invisible losses faster and react with more discipline.
The result: stable output, fewer surprises, and better process consistency for demanding aluminum casting programs.
