Capabilities FAQ
What inspection equipment do you have?
Bohua uses X-ray inspection, CMM measurement, Optical emission spectrometer, Tensile testing plus routine process checks to verify chemistry, dimensions, internal quality, and mechanical properties before shipment.
Can you support PPAP/IATF requirements?
Yes. Bohua operates under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and can support automotive-style documentation, control planning, dimensional reporting, and serial-production discipline depending on project scope.
What is your quality control process?
Our quality workflow starts from incoming material and melt verification, continues through process control during casting and machining, and ends with dimensional, visual, and application-specific final inspection before shipment.
Do you have in-house machining?
Yes. Bohua has in-house CNC machining centers to finish critical datums, sealing faces, holes, and other precision features after casting.
What is your heat treatment capability?
We support heat-treatment routes such as T5 and T6 for suitable gravity-cast and low-pressure-cast alloys including A356 and ZL114, depending on the part requirement and validation target.
Can you handle low-volume orders?
Yes. For prototypes, bridge quantities, or specialized geometries, Bohua can support lower-volume work through sand casting, selected gravity casting setups, and machining-based development runs.
