01

Automated Gravity Casting

Our core process. Automated gravity casting with AI-supported production lines delivers denser, stronger parts with excellent metallurgical integrity and scalable repeatability.

Specs

AlloysA356, ZL114, ZL101
Weight range0.5 – 20 kg
Max dimension> 1,200 mm (proven: 1.2m × 0.5m intake manifold)

Typical Applications

  • · Structural automotive parts
  • · Truck intake manifolds
  • · Valve bodies
  • · Pump housings
  • · Fire engine parts
  • · Petroleum pipeline fittings

Advantages

  • Superior mechanical properties — T6 heat treatable
  • Parts up to 1.2 meters — few foundries can match
  • AI-powered automated production lines
  • Lower tooling cost for medium volumes
  • Reduced porosity — dense, strong castings
02

Aluminum Die Casting

High-pressure die casting supports complex geometries with strong productivity, consistent dimensions, and competitive piece cost for higher-volume programs.

Specs

AlloysA380, ADC12
Weight range0.05 – 15 kg
Max dimension> 800 mm

Typical Applications

  • · Automotive components
  • · Electronics housings
  • · Blower machine parts
  • · Appliance components

Advantages

  • High production speed for large volumes
  • Excellent dimensional accuracy and repeatability
  • Thin walls achievable (1.5mm+)
  • Near-net-shape — minimal machining required
03

Low-Pressure Casting

Low-pressure casting uses controlled positive pressure to improve filling stability, density, and internal quality for demanding structural and leak-sensitive parts.

Specs

AlloysA356, ZL114
Weight range1 – 15 kg
Max dimension700 mm

Typical Applications

  • · Automotive wheels
  • · Suspension components
  • · Cylinder heads
  • · Structural housings

Advantages

  • Best mechanical properties among casting methods
  • Excellent surface finish
  • Controlled fill — reduced oxide inclusions
  • Suitable for safety-critical components
04

Sand Casting

Sand casting gives buyers flexibility for large, complex, or lower-volume parts where tooling economy and geometry freedom matter more than cycle speed.

Specs

AlloysA356, ZL101, Custom alloys
Weight range1 – 50 kg
Max dimension> 1,200 mm (proven: 1.2m × 0.5m intake manifold)

Typical Applications

  • · Large intake manifolds
  • · Custom prototypes
  • · Low-volume specialty parts
  • · Complex internal geometries

Advantages

  • Low tooling cost for prototypes
  • Flexible for design changes
  • Large-part capability
  • Complex internal channels possible

Capabilities FAQ

What inspection equipment do you have?

Bohua uses X-ray inspection, CMM measurement, Optical emission spectrometer, Tensile testing plus routine process checks to verify chemistry, dimensions, internal quality, and mechanical properties before shipment.

Can you support PPAP/IATF requirements?

Yes. Bohua operates under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and can support automotive-style documentation, control planning, dimensional reporting, and serial-production discipline depending on project scope.

What is your quality control process?

Our quality workflow starts from incoming material and melt verification, continues through process control during casting and machining, and ends with dimensional, visual, and application-specific final inspection before shipment.

Do you have in-house machining?

Yes. Bohua has in-house CNC machining centers to finish critical datums, sealing faces, holes, and other precision features after casting.

What is your heat treatment capability?

We support heat-treatment routes such as T5 and T6 for suitable gravity-cast and low-pressure-cast alloys including A356 and ZL114, depending on the part requirement and validation target.

Can you handle low-volume orders?

Yes. For prototypes, bridge quantities, or specialized geometries, Bohua can support lower-volume work through sand casting, selected gravity casting setups, and machining-based development runs.
